The Buildings Regulations are a set of minimum standards which most building and renovation projects must adhere to - this is a legal requirement. In addition, your project may need other consents, such as Party Wall Agreements or Sewer Build Over Agreements. At dam, we are able to undertake all work needed at this stage, and where necessary, we can source independent external experts on your behalf and where required.

At dam, because we undertake both planning stage and building regulations stage work in-house, if our client wishes, we can fast track the overall process by bringing forward work and completing it during the planning stage. This means that we can get to the point of starting the build sooner, which in some cases may prove crucial to completing your build on a fast-track basis.
