We tailor our planning & design services to meet the needs and budget of our clients from one project to the next. We can produce basic 2D designs for simple works and planning applications, right through to detailed and rendered 3D models where a client wishes to be able to fully visualise the design on paper.

At dam, we are able to differentiate ourselves at the planning stage because we also undertake Building Regulations stage work in-house. This means that we can ensure both design, engineering and specifications are aligned throughout, so that you don't find out you've been given impractical and cost inefficient designs after planning consent has already been approved on a particular design.
